The extenstion TimeLine displays the time development of the ticket in a graphical form with various options in Sysconfig.

• running graphical report from the ticket menu 

• viewing details in a csv file

• setting display attributes: queue, owner, status

• switching between display periods: days, hours

• setting header, background, colors, etc.​
