České Radiokomunikace a.s. is a leading operator of television and radio broadcasting and offers a wide portfolio of professional telecommunications and ICT services. To reduce the TCO of its user support system, we carried out a pilot implementation of the open-source OTRS helpdesk as an alternative to the existing CA Service Desk.
