AeskuLab, Euromedic group
The AeskuLab diagnostic laboratory is a member of the Euromedic group, which runs a chain of diagnostic laboratories. For its IT department, spread across Prague, Ostrava and Mostiště, we implemented the open-source OTRS helpdesk with a MySQL database on Linux (a virtualised VMware server) and set up direct authentication against three Microsoft Active Directories for both customers and agents. We also fine-tuned single sign-on (SSO) and adjusted the configuration to fit users’ needs and make their work more efficient.
