Is your service regulated under NIS2 (ZoKB)?

A quick way to check whether the service you provide is regulated under the Czech Cyber Security Act (ZoKB, No. 264/2025 Coll.) and which regime – higher or lower obligations – it most likely falls into. If you provide several services and some of them are regulated, your whole organisation follows the highest regime that applies to any of them.
